Every residence at Tides offers views of Charleston Harbor and its vast salt marsh. The Cooper River constantly swells and recedes with the tides, covering the marshgrass at times and ensuring that the scenery evolves every day. The view seen here is from about the same vertical elevation as our fourth-story condominium units - only without the coastal Lowcountry's distinctive sounds, smells, and vibrant colors that can only be appreciated in person.

Vertical construction at Tides is progressing at the bottom of this page.  You can see the new, up and running Arthur Ravenel, Jr. Bridge in the distance which was completed in July 2005.  You can watch the ongoing demolition of the two smaller bridges as the construction crews pull them apart with cranes and blast them with dynamite.  As the old bridges fall to the sea and the construction rises from the ground, you will see a scenic masterpiece in the making that will be known as TIDES.

Watch the progress of Tides and see the current weather conditions in Mt. Pleasant!

THE WEBCAMS ARE TEMPORARILY DOWN AS THEY ARE MOVED TO BUILDING THREE.  PLEASE BEAR WITH US AS WE RELOCATE THE WEBCAMERAS.  THANK YOU FROM TIDES.
